Have you had cancer?

Drs. Koné and Scharf invite you to share your experiences accessing cancer- and other health-care in a small group setting.

Your experiences could help us improve care coordination for patients with cancer and other medical conditions.

Participants will receive $50 in gift cards to select locations, plus two subway tokens or $10 for parking.

Discussions will take place at University of Toronto (155 College Street).
